Cool Breeze - Estate 10K Aquamarine & Diamond Ring.  This lovely ring is crafted from 10K white gold, hallmarked 10K and a makers mark HDS.  Featuring a natural oval cut faceted aquamarine,  eighteen natural round brilliant diamonds, classic styling and quality gold-work.  The aquamarine in this ring has the most beautiful pale blue colour with a slight green hue.  It is flanked by wonderful strap work adorned with bright, white sparkling bead set diamonds. The gallery is quite intricate and stunning, with its decorative mounting and shoulders.  The band is polished and simple , which allows for a comfortable fit.  This Estate ring would make a unique engagement ring, perfect gift or wonderful addition to any fine jewelry collection.

Aquamarine refers to beryl that is pale blue, light blue-green, or even light green in colour. 

Aquamarine evokes the purity of crystalline waters, and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea. Aquamarines were thought to be treasures of the mermaids, and was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck.  They were also thought to absorb the atmosphere of young love, and when blessed and worn it joins in love, and does great things. In Medieval times, the stone was thought to reawaken the love of married couples.  Aquamarine was thought to be a "all purpose" healing stone.  The history of the aquamarine is intriguing, however one thing I believe we can all agree upon is that the beauty of this precious gem never fades.
