Vintage sterling silver amethyst & marcasite ring. This beautiful genuine amethyst ring is set in sterling silver. The ring is marked inside the band 925 (sterling silver hallmark) The ring is signed CL. The amethyst is a beautiful deep purple with a nice sparkle. The setting surrounding the bezel set amethyst is encrusted by many sparkly marcasites. The design is very detailed with little flowers and bead work. Although the work is delicate the setting is very substantial. This ring is just gorgeous. The combination of the silver work, the sparkly marcasites and beautiful amethyst is stunning. Truly a ring to be enjoyed and treasured.
