Featuring a genuine oval carved carnelian intaglio, Victorian Roman revival styling, exquisite detail and workmanship. This wonderful ring boasts a expertly bezel set carved Greco - Roman Intaglio, which displays a rusty red colour. The shoulders a beautifully chased, leading down to a polished plain band. The gallery is closed back ( a characteristic most often found in Georgian and some Victorian pieces) The ring is dainty, however still solid enough for wear.
