Knightfall - Medieval 11th -13th Century Crusaders Bronze Cross Pendant. This amazing artifact is crafted from bronze. Featuring an ancient design, wonderful detail, quality bronze work, and an intriguing piece of history. The cross has the most beautiful shape which is often seen in Crusader/ knight Templar era artifacts. The shape is known as the Maltese cross and associated originally with the Maltese knights in the 6th century. If you look closely at the front of this cross there is a beautiful raised cross and stamped sun motifs. The back is plain and the entire piece has a dark patina with an earthy masculine feel, and its original bale. The cross has been matched up to an addition contemporary bronze loop and bale with a bronze chain. The chain is contemporary and has a sturdy lobster claw clasp in perfect working order.
