Lunar Moon - Ancient Viking 8th-11th Century Bronze Pendant. This superb Viking pendant is crafted from bronze, featuring lovely decoration and detail. The shape of this pendant is absolutely fantastic, a gorgeous crescent moon leading to a cross. The moon has scroll type decoration and the cross has lovely decorative raised detail, whilst the back is plain with beautiful aged bronze patina throughout. I have matched this amazing piece with a contemporary bronze bail and bronze chain, featuring a secure lobster claw clasp in perfect working order. Truly, a very special historical and artistic piece that would make a wonderful gift or addition to any collection.
