Saintly Love - Medieval 10th - 11th Century Saint Bronze Medallion Pendant. This wonderful medallion is crafted from bronze. Featuring quality bronze work, a fantastic Ancient design and detail. This lovely pendant has a circular shape and fantastic detailing, a beautiful etching in the centre of the piece of a saint holding a child. The back also has etching of a stylized cross and etching on the outer parts of the medallion, adding beauty and interest to the rare piece. The pendant also has a perfect much desired aged bronze green patina. It has been matched to to a contemporary bronze bale and chain featuring a lobster claw clasp. This amazing piece of history would make a unique gift or addition to any early jewelry collection.
