Eglomise - Vintage Coro Gold Plate Black Cameo Brooch & Earring Set. This lovely brooch and earring set is crafted from a gold plate over a base metal, signed CORO. Featuring 3 resin black and white cameos, 6 white clear rhinestones, Victorian Revival styling, and a collectible signed piece. This pretty set consists of a brooch , which is made in the form of a flower. The centre of the brooch is set with a black and white cameo. which simulates a black and white agate. The petals on the brooch are open worked and set with 6 lear crystals. The matching earrings are a similar design, and still retain the original screw backs for pierced and non pieced ears. The earrings are also signed CORO. CORO is highly collectible, costume jewelry, and is known for producing Vintage quality pieces.

History: In 1901, Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger established the accessories boutique Cohn and Rosenberger in New York City, which was later shortened to Coro. In 1929, Coro purchased a manufacturing facility in Providence, Rhode Island, which would later become the world's largest costume jewelry facility.
