Sparkling Flowers - Estate Silver Toned Metal Crystal Rhinestone Flower Necklace. This statement necklace is coated from a silver toned metal. The necklace features Teardrop and round cut faceted crystal Rhinestone gems, and Georgian/Victorian revival styling. The galleries on this necklace are set with 5 graduated flowers, which are set with smoky/grey colored sparkling crystals. The front portion of the necklace is attached to a satin ribbon, which can be adjusted to your desired length. The back of the necklace is lined with black felt, which allows the necklace to be comfortable against the skin. This estate necklace looks stunning when worn, truly a perfect accessory, which will glam any outfit up.

History: The term Rhinestone was given to the little sparkles after the river Rhine, where quartz pebbles, rock crystals with a high lead content were originally found. Folk would collect them from the shores, jewellers cutting and moulding them into little imitation diamonds.
