Evening Glamour - Vintage Rhodium Crystal Necklace. This beautiful necklace is crafted from Rhodium plate over a base metal. Featuring marquise and round cut crystals, and Vintage styling. The necklace has the most beautiful gallery adorned by prong set sparkling clear rhinestones, whilst the rest of the necklace is a half riverie. The clasp is a hook style and the necklace is adjustable to your desired length. The Vintage necklace would be a perfect bridal or special occasion piece. Just stunning!

Rhinestones which are also known as diamantes or paste date back as far as the thirteenth century where they were first made from Czechoslovakian or Bohemian hand blown glass. The term rhinestone came along later, when rock crystals were discovered in and around the shores of the river Rhine in Austria.
