Persian Nights - Edwardian Sterling Silver Persian Turquoise Negligee Filigree Necklace. This lovely necklace is crafted from 900 European silver, tested. Featuring 3 genuine natural turquoise cabochons, exquisite filigree and silver work, and a gorgeous Edwardian designed piece. The 3 turquoise cabochons are bezel set with a beautiful filigree frame. The turquoise stones are in their natural state and have natural webbing or matrix. The necklace design is known as a "negligee necklace" a long necklace with drops or tassels of irregular length. The design was well-suited for the necklines and delicate dressmaker details of the Edwardian era. The necklace has its original toggle clasp which is in perfect working order. This Edwardian era piece works beautifully with todays fashion, truly a perfect gift or addition to any of fine jewelry collection.
