Two Come Together - Vintage 14K White Gold Diamond Cross Over Ring (VR503)
Rarities Antique Jewelry
Two Come Together - Vintage 14K White Gold Diamond Cross Over Ring. This lovely ring is crafted from 14K white gold, hallmarked 14K. Featuring 19 natural full cut diamonds, classic styling and quality workmanship. This very pretty ring is know as a cross over or bypass design, set with a row of sparkling centre diamonds and flanked by channel set diamonds. The design is so attractive on the hand and because of the flush set diamonds there is no chance of the diamond catching. The shank has a slight taper, and is polished and smooth, which allows for a comfortable fit. The ring presents itself as being dainty, however still substantial and solid for daily wear. The Vintage beauty would make a unique wedding (engagement) ring, gift, or addition to any fine jewelry collection.
Note: Appraisal included with the ring.
History:The earliest diamonds were found in India in 4th century BC, although the youngest of these deposits were formed 900 million years ago. A majority of these early stones were transported along the network of trade routes that connected India and China, commonly known as the Silk Road.
