Featuring one genuine hand carved rose conch shell cameo, vintage styling, and high quality craftsmanship. The gallery on this ring has a pretty twisted decorative frame, which is inset with a solid gold bezel. The bezel is expertly handset with a beautiful ballerina pink and white carved rose genuine conch shell gem. The shoulders have raised gold detail , whilst the shank is polished and smooth, which allows for a comfortable fit and easy sizing.
