Azure Sky - Medieval Tudor 15th -17th Century Bronze Blue Glass Ring. This wonderful ring is crafted from bronze. Featuring a cabochon glass gem, medieval styling and quality bronze work. The bezel on this ring is a characteristic off the Tudor era. It is a square cut double layered gallery displaying fantastic hand - etching. The bezel setting boasts a beautiful sky blue transluscent glass gemstone. The shoulders on the ring have a raised decoration, adding character and beauty to the ring. The shank is polished and smooth, which allows for a comfortable fit. The entire piece displays a fantastic deep bronze aged patina. This artifact would make a unique gift for that special someone or addition to any fine jewelry collection.
Note: The Tudor Period occurred between 1485 and 1603 in England and Wales and includes the Elizabethan period during the reign of Elizabeth I until 1603. The tudor period coincides with the dynasty of the House of Tudor in England who's first monarch was Henry VII.
