Featuring quality gold-work , Victorian styling and exquisite engraving. The locket is heart shaped with beautiful engraving on the front and back of the piece. Featuring engraved scrolls , and a decorative chased border. The lovely detail on both sides of this locket, add beauty and character to the piece. The front has a beautiful shield emblem, for engraving, if desired. The back of the is decorated with flowers and foliage with a chased border. The inside of the locket is complete with its frames and both plastic protectors. The chain is 9 ct rose gold, hallmarked 375 for 9K, a perfect match with the locket. The locket opens and closed well with a gentle closure that snaps closed. Back & Front lockets are made from 9K gold and metal frames for added strength (a characteristic of Victorian lockets) The 14K yellow gold filled chain matches perfectly and features a secure spring ring clasp in perfect working order.
