Edwardian "Charles Horner" sterling silver lavender guilloche enamel & pearl necklace.  This lovely necklace is crafted from sterling silver,  hallmarked with British hallmarks for sterling, signed C.H. for Charles Horner and dated 1912 ( Post Edwardian). Featuring exquisite enamel work, a genuine blister pearl and quality silver work. The enamel work on this wonderful collectors piece is delicate and feminine, striking lavender enamel work is a sure standout in this circular sterling decorative frame. The central part of the the enamelled medallion is set with a lustrous blister pearl.  The central medallion has a tear drop enamelled dangle and a small enamelled disc with a swirl design , adding more detail and movement to the beautiful piece. The chain and clasp is original and in perfect working order. This wonderful Antique necklace has a lovely desired untouched patina. Charles Horner is highly collectable, these amazing pieces are getting more difficult to find in this fine condition. Truly a perfect unique gift or addition to any jewelry collection.

Note: Charles Horner( 1837-1896) was an English jeweller and founder of the Halifax jewellery business Charles Horner of Halifax. The company was known for silver thimbles, silverware, tableware, clocks and jewellery. The company closed in 1952. Charles Horner pieces are highly collectible. This particular pendant is a wonderful example of the fine pieces that were made.
