Estate sterling silver turquoise & marcasite necklace. This gorgeous necklace is crafted from sterling silver, hallmarked 925 for sterling. Featuring a beautiful tear- drop genuine Arizona turquoise, genuine marcasite and quality silver-work. The expertly bezel-set turquoise has a gorgeous intense turquoise blue colour , the turquoise has nice natural veining and a wonderful smooth finish. Surrounded by an exquisite frame of butterflies, flowers, and leaf designed silver-work, encrusted with rose-cut marcasite which sparkle like diamonds. The bail and attached chain is very unique with it's circular ring and decorative attached ends of the chain, also enhanced with marcasites. The necklace has a very attractive fox tail chain that simply slips over the head , it is very smooth and comfortable to wear. This fantastic piece looks absolutely stunning when worn, it would make a perfect gift or addition to any jewelry collection.
