Exquisite - Victorian 9K Enamel & Engraved Locket . This gorgeous locket is crafted from 9K yellow gold, tested and confirmed. Featuring Victorian styling, exquisite enamelling and engravings. The engraving in this locket is absolutely breathtaking, the front displays scrolls and a shield of gold with initials R.L ( initials and inscriptions are so intriguing and sentimental in jewelry) . The front of the locket is masterfully enamelled with shades of cobalt, baby blue and green. The back of the locket has the most wonderful engraved flowers and foliage with a shield for engraving that has been left blank. These back to back lockets were made from gold and metal ( a characteristic of Victorian lockets) adding strength and durability to the piece. The inside of the locket contains its original brass frames and glass liners. The wonderful piece has been matched up to a gold filled curb chain. This Victorian era pendant is so unique and absolutely stunning when worn. Truly a wonderful locket to be cherished and enjoyed for many years to come.
