Feminine Victorian 9k rose gold sardonyx ring. This lovely ring is crafted from 9K solid rose gold, tested and hallmarked with makers name. Featuring a genuine Sardonyx gem, which changes from a lavender blue to a peach colour depending on the light intensity, also featuring exquisite fine gold-work. The beautiful stone has an ornate" beading" around the gemstone which is housed into a basket structure. The band is smooth and polished with delicate raised detail on the shoulders of the ring. The ring is ver charming and feminine, truly a Victorian piece to be enjoyed and treasured for many years to come.

Note: Sardonyx is an agate, from the chalcedony variety of quartz. From the 15th -20th Century Sardonyx was used as Augusts Birthstone. It can still be used today as a replacement for Peridot.
