Featuring 65 round full cut diamonds, vintage styling and quality gold-work. This pendant is quite simply exquisite, a wonderful open-worked gallery set with a sea of sparkling bright clear diamonds. There are rows of diamonds with a lovely designed flower on the top of the heart. The bale on the heart is solid and substantial, pure perfection with the heart drop. The pendant has been matched up to a 10K gold box chain, featuring a spring ring clasp in perfect working order.
