Georgian 22ct gold garnet & pearl ring. This precious Georgian ring is crafted from 22ct solid gold, there is an embossed 22ct gold stamp mark on the inside circumference of the shank. Featuring, beautiful Georgian hand cut garnets and a genuine natural pearl. The ring is expertly claw-set with a central , lustre glow seed pearl gemstone, which is surrounded by six (6) pear shaped, faceted garnet gemstones. The upper regions of the shank are bifurcated with grooved channelling around the outer perimeter of the middle and lower regions. This ring is extremely charming , completely handmade with so much character, truly a jewel to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come.

Note: Most jewellery was hand-made up to 1850 after which machine made jewellery was introduced. Hand- made pieces are always more desirable than machine or mass produced articles as they are individually designed and rarely duplicated.
