Georgian Elegance - Georgian 18K Rose Gold, Silver Pearl & Diamond Earrings.  These stunning earrings are crafted from 18K rose gold and sterling silver (tested).  Featuring Genuine rose-cut diamonds, genuine ocean pearls, hand made quality workmanship, and exquisite styling. The surmounts of these earrings are backed in gold and faced with sterling silver ( diamonds from this time period were set in silver, since white gold was not invented nor platinum used until the late 19th century), whilst displaying a beautiful aged patina. The collets are set with beautiful rose cut diamonds. they are surrounded by scrolls which are also encrusted with diamonds. There are a total of 40 rose cut diamonds totalling approximately .50 ctw and large 13mm pearls.  The earrings have spectacular large pearls dangling from the surmounts, with a white pearly colour. The wires are stong and substantial for pierced ears. The wonderful earrings are very special, truly a perfect heirloom to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come.
