It Is Yours - Vintage English 18K Gold Natural Diamond Engagement Ring.  This lovely ring is crafted from 18K yellow and white gold, hallmarked 750 (British Hallmark) 1/4 CT ( for a .25 CT centre diamond), and a London assay. Featuring one natural round brilliant cut diamond, 6 natural single cut diamonds, classic styling, and quality gold work. The ring has a central claw-set diamond, which is beautifully cut with good colour and clarity.  The upper regions of the shank exhibit a further 6 set diamond gemstones, which are exposed to the reverse.  All the precious diamonds are bright, white and sparkly. The shank is smooth and polished, which allows for a comfortable fit, and easy sizing. The ring looks stunning when worn, dainty and classic, truly a Vintage piece to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come.

History: The earliest diamonds were found in India in 4th century BC, although the youngest of these deposits were formed 900 million years ago. A majority of these early stones were transported along the network of trade routes that connected India and China, commonly known as the Silk Road.
