Jewelled Cross - Renaissance 16th -17th Century Bronze & Paste Cross. This rare artifact is crafted from bronze. Featuring 6 old round cut aqua blue paste gems, Renaissance styling, and quality bronze work. The beautiful paste (glass) stones are bezel set, and surrounded by a detailed bronze frame. The wonderful detail and aged patina adds beauty and charm to the piece. The cross has been matched up to a contemporary bronze chain and added bale. This cross looks stunning when worn, truly a pendant to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come.

Note: The original bale is intact, however delicate. Occasional wear recommended. Should be treated as pearls, last thing on and first thing off.
