Jewelled, Faith, Hope & Charity - Vintage 12K Rose Gold Fill Bohemian Garnet Pendant.  This unique pendant is crafted from 12K Rose gold Fill over Tombak brass metal, confirmed.  Featuring one heart shaped faceted Bohemian garnet, 44 genuine rose-cut garnets, Vintage styling, and quality craftsmanship.   The pendant is created in the shape of a 'Faith, Hope & Charity' which is adorned by beautiful rich red wine garnets.  The chain is original to the piece, and the clasp is in perfect working order.  This Vintage pendant looks stunning when worn, so unique and gorgeous!

The history of garnet dates back to the Bronze Age, more than 5000 years ago. ... Its name, which has been used since these ancient times, was derived from the Latin word granatium, which means pomegranate (because the small, red crystals were thought to resemble pomegranate seeds).

The word “Bohemian” derives from the region of Bohemia, a kingdom which later became Czechoslovakia. Among other flourishing trades, this region produced gorgeous, deep red garnet gemstones and a style of jewelry that quickly became popular in the late Victorian Era and through the turn of the century.
