Ancient Viking 8th-11th century twisted bronze ring. This wonderful ring is crafted from bronze, featuring an attractive twisted design (typically found in Viking rings) , and an original untouched dark bronze patina with some green patina showing through. This ring was recently excavated in Latvia with a metal detector in a agricultural field. The top part of the ring is thicker and wider, the back is narrower and plain( without the twist) . This artifact would make a perfect unique gift or addition to any early collection. Just wonderful!
