My Heart Is yours - Vintage 14K Gold Natural Diamond Heart Pendant. & 14K GF Chain. This pretty heart is crafted from 14K yellow gold. Featuring 5 natural round cut diamonds, classic vintage styling, and quality craftsmanship. The chain is 14K rose gold Fill, hallmarked 1/20 14K GF. The lovely heart is made in the form of an open-worked heart. It is dimensional, smooth and polished, and adorned by sparkling diamonds. The bale is solid, and shaped in a double 'V' design. The heart has been matched up to a pretty fancy linked chain, which features a spring ring clasp in perfect working order. The Vintage pendant looks wonderful when worn, so versatile, classic, and simply beautiful!
