My Love My Heart - Vintage 10K White Gold Diamond Heart Pendant & Chain. This beautiful pendant is crafted from 10K white gold, hallmarked 10K and the chain is hallmarked 10K, Italy. Featuring 26 round full cut diamonds, vintage styling and quality gold-work. This pendant is simply exquisite, a wonderful open-worked gallery set with a sea of sparkling bright clear diamonds. The double row of expertly claw-set diamonds are made in the form of a heart, which are closed back in a solid gold frame. The bale on the heart is solid and substantial, pure perfection with the heart drop. The pendant has been matched up to a 10K white gold curb chain, featuring a secure spring ring clasp in perfect working order.
