Art Deco sterling silver cameo marcasite necklace. This lovely Art Deco necklace is made of sterling silver, hallmarked 'STERLING' on the back of the pendant. The cameo is hand carved peach shell with a classical figure of a lady, expertly claw set in a beautiful sterling silver frame, encrusted with rose-cut marcasites. The chain is fine, however sturdy and in wonderful wearable condition , attached to a gorgeous ornate filigree connector. This necklace is stunning when worn, and would make a perfect gift or addition to any jewel collection.
