Art Deco sterling silver jasper & marcasite ring. This stunning Art Deco era ring is made of sterling silver, hallmarked "sterling" inside the band. The is also a makers mark a "U" hallmark for Uncas. The Jasper stone is absolutely beautiful with its gorgeous blue colour and flecks of lighter blues. The expertly set Jasper is emerald cut , set in a gorgeous designed frame with extended 4 claws holding the beautiful stone. The silver frame is encrusted with rose- cut marcasites, and lovely silver detail. Even the back of this ring is engraved. The band is simple so all of the focus is on the beautiful face of this ring. This Stunning piece is a wonderful example of Art Deco era jewellery, and would make a perfect gift or addition to any jewellery collection.
