Post Medieval 17th-18th century bronze pendant and chain. This wonderful bronze pendant dates back to 17th-18th century. The bronze pendant was excavated in Latvia in a farmers field. The design of flowers ,foliage and scroll work is reminiscent of the renaissance period. The pendant has cut out work and the bronze is rich in colour. The pendant is matched up to a bronze contemporary chain. This pendant is quite scarce and very fine , however can be worn with care. The cut out work really stands out when worn. Although the pendant is ornate it has a casual feel to it. A beautiful piece for a collector or anyone who would love to own a piece of early history.
