On This Day In 1904 - Edwardian 18K Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring. This English ring is crafted from 18K gold, hallmarked 18 for 18K, Chester, makers mark I.H. and a letter date for 1904. Featuring 3 natural round cut sapphires, 2 natural rose-cut diamonds, antique Edwardian styling, and quality craftsmanship. The exquisite ring has a marquise shaped, gallery, which is bead-set with natural blue sapphires, interspaced by rose-cut glowing diamonds. The side profile of the ring features delicate pierce-work and engravings. The shoulders display lovely detailing, which leads down to a smooth and polished shank, which allows for a comfortable fit and easy sizing.
