Orange Blossom - Art Deco 18K Diamond Filigree Ring. This gorgeous ring is crafted from 18K white gold, hallmarked 18K on the inside of the shank.  Featuring a genuine round brilliant diamond , exquisite filigree work, a wonderful Art Deco design and quality gold-work. The expertly bezel set Diamond is white, bright and sparkly, surrounded by a hexagon setting and a beautiful filigree gallery. The shoulders on this ring display filigree work half way down the band, decorated with delicate swags and orange blossoms. The shank is a knife edge style, it is polished and smooth for a comfortable fit.  This ring is stunning when worn, truly a feminine, elegant Art Deco period piece to be cherished and enjoyed for many years to come. 

Note: The orange blossom has stood for purity, chastity, and innocence dating back to Ancient China. In China an emblem of the orange blossom was placed on the gowns of young brides to represent these virtues. This tradition moved westward into India and up to Persia which is present day Iran. The orange blossom detail was often used in Edwardian and Art Deco engagement rings. The detail on this particular piece is absolutely breathtaking.
