Post Medieval 16th-18th century bronze cross & chain. This beautiful cross is crafted from bronze and has amazing detail. The face of the cross has a central raised cross, surrounded by a medallion of scroll like decoration . The back of this pendant is also decorated with a cross and delicate scrolls. The cross has been matched up to a bronzed contemporary chain measuring 20", the lobster clasp is secure and in perfect working order. This beautiful artifact is very well preserved and wearable. Truly a rare early antiquity to be enjoyed for many years to come.
