Faith - Renaissance 16th-18th Century Bronze Cross Pendant. This amazing cross is crafted from bronze, featuring beautiful bronze detail and an ancient design. The cross has a very attractive bold shape, with lovely raised detail. It displays a wonderful bronze patina a deep rich brown colour. The back of the cross still displays much of its ancient scripture. The bale on the cross is original and detailed, however an additional contemporary ring and bale has been added for preservation and movement of the pendant and chain. Matched up to a contemporary bronze chain and bale, working beautifully with the cross. This wonderful early piece would make a perfect gift or addition to any jewelry collection.
