Sparklers - Vintage 10K Gold Diamond Cluster Stud Earrings. These fabulous earrings are crafted from 10K yellow gold, hallmarked 10K and 14K backings. Featuring 78 natural round cut diamonds, classic styling, and quality craftsmanship. These sparklers exhibit a beautiful open-worked scroll gallery. The gallery is substantial and solid, and adorned with beautiful sparkling clear diamonds. The backings feature a secure screw-type post and secure butterfly backs. This allows the wearer to simply push the backing on, and screw them off, so the backings can not fall off on their own. Usually high quality investment earrings have this feature. The Vintage earrings look stunning when they are on ... classic, and so beautiful!
Comments: Stunning design, and very sparkly.
Note: Appraisal include with the earrings.
The earliest diamonds were found in India in 4th century BC, although the youngest of these deposits were formed 900 million years ago. A majority of these early stones were transported along the network of trade routes that connected India and China, commonly known as the Silk Road.
Gold was generally used for a couple thousand years solely to create things such as jewelry and idols for worship. This was until around 1500 BC when the ancient empire of Egypt, which benefited greatly from its gold-bearing region, Nubia, made gold the first official medium of exchange for international trade.
Stud earrings go back in history 7000 years? With their birth into society in ancient Asia, they were mainly worn by men to express higher class origins, among other things. Over their history, this little fashion accessory has evolved, leaving their mark on every culture.
