Featuring a genuine garnet doublet , 8 natural antique rose cut diamonds, exquisite detail and quality gold-work. The expertly claw-set Garnet Doublet has the most beautiful vibrant red colour, surrounded by wonderful sparkling antique rose cut diamonds. The shoulders on the ring have very pretty engraved decoration, leading down to a smooth and polished shank, which allows for a comfortable fit.
