Splendour Of The Sun - Victorian 10K Gold Citrine Ring. This charming ring is crafted from 10K yellow gold, hallmarked 10K inside the shank of the ring. Featuring a synthetic oval cut faceted citrine, exquisite detail, and quality gold-work. The focal point of this ring is a sparkling rich golden citrine, which exhibits wonderful colour saturation. The setting of the citrine is a coronet style, which allows the gemstone to be a sure standout. The shoulders of the ring are deeply engraved with pretty scroll detail. The band is smooth and polished, which allows for a comfortable fit. This Victorian era ring would make a perfect gift or addition to any jewelry collection.

Note: The first synthetic was developed in the 1890s. It was not after World War II that the synthetic citrine was widely available commercially. This is a lovely example of the Victorian era.
