Thor's Amulet  - Ancient Viking 8th-11th Century Bronze Thor's Hammer Amulet Pendant.   This amazing artifact is crafted from bronze.  Featuring a hand-made silver authentic Viking Thor's hammer, amazing workmanship and style.  The Thor's hammer on this magnificent piece is casted, exhibiting a beautiful shape, and hand- finished.  The wonderful amulet displays a bronze polished patina, with a wonderful smooth finish.  The amulet was professionally restored to its full glory and looks like  it was originally suppose to be (like gold). This process of this professional cleaning on artifacts is done by hand (no chemicals), which painstakingly has removed any unwanted build-up of centuries of corrosion.  A contemporary black leatherette adjustable cord has been matched up to the pendant. The secure lobster claw clasp is in perfect working order.  Authentic Thor's hammers of this calibre are rare, truly an amazing piece of history to be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come. 

History: In Norse mythology, Thor is the hammer-wielding god of thunder lightening, storms, oak trees , strength, hallowing , fertility, the production of mankind and the fortress of Asgard.  

Note: It is recommended that the artifact is not immersed into any cleaners or liquid. To clean only use water on a damp (not saturated) soft cloth. Gently wipe the amulet and use a soft dry cloth to pat dry.
