Victorian Bordeaux - Victorian Circa 1880 14K Rose Gold Bohemian Garnet Necklace. This breathtaking necklace is crafted from 14K rose gold, tested and confirmed. Featuring 407 garnet paste( glass) faceted beads, 13 rose-cut natural garnets, 4 rose-cut tear drop garnets, Victorian styling, and quality gold-work. This glorious necklace exhibits 4 strands of rich Bordeaux red garnet paste beads , 407 in total, which catch the light with every movement. The clasp is a warm red/rose gold that complements the glowing garnets perfectly. The garnets in the clasp are housed by delicate milgrain bezels, surrounded by exquisite shell motifs. This beautiful piece can be worn as a necklace 4 different ways, clasp in the back(which allows the beads to drape) clasp on the side (adding elegance and couture) and clasp to the front (adding an antique Victorian feel) and lightly twisted so it can be worn as a choker for another (Georgian, Victorian look) . The necklace can also be twisted gently, wrapped around twice around the wrist, and worn as a bracelet. The slide clasp closes and opens nicely, and is in perfect working order. This Victorian era necklace is quite simple stunning, a very fine piece indeed to be cherished and enjoyed for many years to come.
