Victorian Revival - Estate Bronzed Metal Aurora Borealis Crystal Dangly Earrings. These lovely earrings are crafted from bronzed metal. Featuring round cut crystal rhinestones, and Victorian revival styling. These pretty earrings are for pierced ears, and feature French lever backs. The sparkling crystals are Aurora Borealis, with color change variations of shades of blue, green, and purple, which change color with movement in different light intensities. History: Joseph Strasser could be credited with the precursor to our present-day Rhinestone, but it was really when Georg Freidrich Strass in 1760 invented the first ever rhinestone (artificial gemstone) from a special type of crystal found in the Rhine River that the stones we know today were born.
