Wedding Day - Vintage 10K Gold Engraved Wedding Band Ring. This wonderful ring is crafted from 10K yellow gold, hallmarked 10K, and a makers mark 'SID-BAR' inside the band. The ring features a vintage classic design, and quality craftsmanship. This ring showcases a unique engraved pattern (which is a characteristic seen on antique and vintage rings), The ring is substantial and solid for daily wear. The wedding ring has a beautiful buttery gold colour, and is polished and smooth on the inside of the band, which allows for a comfortable fit. This Vintage wedding band ring is unique and classic, truly a ring to be cherished and enjoyed for many years to come.

Gold was generally used for a couple thousand years solely to create things such as jewelry and idols for worship. This was until around 1500 BC when the ancient empire of Egypt, which benefited greatly from its gold-bearing region, Nubia, made gold the first official medium of exchange for international trade.

The "SID-BAR hallmark is a Canadian trademark that was registered to Sydney Fluxgold, and Barry Fluxgold, who operated in Ontario Canada.

The hallmark was used on jewelry produced by their company between approximately 1960-1990.
