Twilight - Vintage Gold Plate Rhinestone Crystal Earrings. These lovely earrings are crafted from a gold plated metal. Featuring crystals, and Vintage styling. These earrings are for pierced ears, and feature secure lever backs. They are set with larger cognac coloured crystals and smaller borealis crystals. The combination of the brown and blue colours are stunning. The Vintage earrings would make a great addition to any costume jewelry collection.

Rhinestones which are also known as diamantes or paste date back as far as the thirteenth century where they were first made from Czechoslovakian or Bohemian hand blown glass. The term rhinestone came along later, when rock crystals were discovered in and around the shores of the river Rhine in Austria.
