Featuring one tear-drop cut faceted natural ruby , 8 natural round cut diamonds, classic styling, and quality craftsmanship.  The gallery is expertly claw - set with a beautiful red ruby displaying a pinkish/red hue, surrounded by 8 bright white sparkling diamonds.
