Vintage sterling Silver turquoise filigree earrings. These gorgeous earrings are crafted from sterling silver, hallmarked 925 for sterling. Featuring turquoise paste cabochon gemstones and breathtaking silver filigree work. The expertly bezel set turquoise gems are a beautiful robins egg blue colour , which simulates precious Persian turquoise, surrounding the turquoise are crescent lunar moon shaped medallions with fine silver detail and filigree work. There are 5 decorative dainty dangles suspended from the lower part of the crescent moon. The surmounts features delicate filigree work and a decorative dangle that matches the lower drops. The ear wires are original and in perfect working order. These vintage earrings are revivals of earlier ancient earrings and Spanish gypsy earrings with an overall perfect aged patina. The filigree work is truly magnificent, vintage treasures to be enjoyed for many years to come.
