Alaskan Flower - Vintage Signed 'TITAN' Sterling Silver Black Alaskan Diamond Flower Brooch . This lovely brooch is crafted from sterling silver, hallmarked TITAN STERLING. The brooch features five natural marquise shaped Black Alaskan Diamonds (Hematite) gemstones, vintage styling, and quality craftsmanship. This pretty brooch is created in the form of a flower, which is expertly claw-set with beautiful charcoal grey hematite gems, surrounded by a sea of filigree. The brooch features a pin on the back, and a secure rotary lock mechanism, which is in perfect working order. This vintage brooch is versatile, and can be worn day or night with everything and anything.
History: Hematite (Black Alaskan Diamond) residues are also found in graves from 80,000 years ago. Near Rydno in Poland and Lovas in Hungary red chalk mines have been found that are from 5000 BC, belonging to the Linear Pottery culture at the Upper Rhine.
