Art Deco sterling silver lapis lazuli & marcasite necklace. This beautiful Art Deco necklace is made of sterling silver, hallmarked sterling on the original clasp and beautiful natural lapis lazuli. The Lapis stones are absolutely beautiful. They are bluish in colour and natural, therefore each cabochon is unique and different. This feature makes the necklace so interesting. The silver- work is fine and has much detail, encrusted with rose-cut sparkling marcasite. Lapis is a beautiful gemstone and has a very natural feel to it, however combined with the fine silver-work and genuine marcasite , the necklace presents it's self as being very elegant.
